Overview
4WEH series are pilot‑operated electro‑hydraulic spool directional valves with subplate mounting. Controlled by a NG6 solenoid pilot valve, they switch flow direction, start‑stop hydraulic actuators for high‑flow heavy‑duty hydraulic circuits. Available nominal sizes: NG10, NG16, NG25, NG32. Max working pressure up to 35 MPa, maximum flow rate reaches 1100 L/min. Multiple configuration options: wet AC / DC solenoid, manual override check button, individual / centralized electrical connection. Main spool centering modes include spring centering, spring return, hydraulic centering and hydraulic return. Optional accessories: pilot throttle regulator, spool stroke limiter, pilot pressure insert element, pressure reducing valve for high pilot pressure conditions. Four pilot oil supply‑return combinations: internal‑internal, internal‑external, external‑internal, external‑external. Manufactured under ISO9001 quality management system and CE certified.

Notes
- Select suitable pilot oil supply‑return mode according to actual system design.
- When pilot pressure exceeds 25 MPa, install the matched pressure‑reducing valve.
- For internal‑supply circuits with unloading spool functions, pre‑pressure insert element shall be equipped.
- Mounting surface flatness requirement: 0.01 mm/100 mm, surface roughness Ra0.8.
- Use recommended torque for mounting bolts; strictly follow filter requirement to extend service life.
